Is there a file count or size limit?
We impose none. The practical limit is your device memory: dozens of ordinary PDFs work fine; files hundreds of MB in size may be slower on phones.
Does merging change PDF quality?
No. Pages are copied byte-for-byte into the new document with no recompression. Text stays selectable and images keep their original resolution.
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. Merging uses the pdf-lib library running in your own browser. You can even go offline after the page loads and the tool keeps working.
