GIFs get heavy fast: 480px width at 10 fps is the classic balance of smoothness and weight. For social media, keep clips under 10 seconds.
Why is the first conversion slower?
On first use the browser downloads the ffmpeg engine (~30 MB) and caches it. On later runs, only the conversion time applies.
Is there a video length limit?
Processing is local, so the limit is device memory. We recommend input videos up to ~2 minutes, trimming the desired clip in the tool itself.
