How is reading time calculated?
We use the average of 200 words per minute, the standard for silent adult reading. For reading aloud (videos, presentations), plan for about 130–150 words per minute.
What counts as a word?
Any sequence of characters separated by spaces or line breaks. Numbers, acronyms and hyphenated words (like "state-of-the-art") each count as one word.
Is my text stored anywhere?
